Notarial Certification of a Will
Notarial certification of an already-drafted will — a "will before an authority" under section 22 of the Succession Law. Drafting not included.
This service is for those whose will is already drafted. The testator declares before the notary that this is their will, and the notary certifies it — making it a “will before an authority” under section 22 of the Succession Law, 5725-1965.
The price is for the first signatory. Each additional signatory (e.g. a mutual will): ILS 173. Additional certification of the same will at the same session: ILS 103.
The service does not include drafting the will or legal advice. Need drafting too? See “Will Drafted and Certified by a Notary”.
Fees are set by the Notaries (Service Fees) Notice, 5786-2025, in force from 1 January 2026, including 18% VAT, rounded down to the nearest shekel.
