Notarial Verification of a Prenuptial Agreement
Notarial verification of a financial agreement under section 2(c1) of the Spouses (Property Relations) Law — before the wedding.
A financial agreement signed before the wedding can be verified by a notary under section 2(c1) of the Spouses (Property Relations) Law, 5733-1973.
Verification of an additional copy of the same agreement at the same session: ILS 87 per copy. The service does not include drafting the agreement — for drafting, see “Prenuptial / Financial Agreement”.
Fees are set by the Notaries (Service Fees) Notice, 5786-2025, in force from 1 January 2026, including 18% VAT, rounded down to the nearest shekel.
