Objection to Enforcement of a Bill / Fixed-Sum Claim
Preparation of an objection to the enforcement of a bill (cheque, promissory note) or to a fixed-sum claim filed against you at the Enforcement and Collection Authority.
Has an enforcement file been opened against you for a bill or a fixed-sum claim? You can file an objection — but only within the statutory deadline, counted from the day you received the warning notice. Don’t wait.
We review the file and your defence arguments, draft the objection and the supporting affidavit, and file it.
The service does not include representation in proceedings. For representation, request a quote. Once the objection is filed the case is transferred to court, and representation there is quoted separately.
