Monetary Claim — Filing and Representation
Filing and handling a monetary claim — summary procedure, regular civil claim, or fixed-sum claim at the Enforcement Authority. Fees depend on the amount claimed and the complexity of the case.
Someone owes you money and will not pay? We file the monetary claim for you and handle it through to judgment — and afterwards, if needed, through enforcement.
Depending on the amount and the evidence, we choose the right track together: a fixed-sum claim at the Enforcement Authority (for a debt proven by a document), a summary-procedure claim, or a regular claim in the Magistrates’ Court. Claims up to ILS 39,900 can also be filed in the Small Claims Court — we will advise whether that is the better route.
Pricing is case-dependent: fees are set according to the amount claimed, the complexity of the case and the expected number of hearings, sometimes combined with a success component. Court fees and service costs are paid by the client.
Send us the details and documents and we will come back with a clear quote within 2 business days — no obligation.
