Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
In brief
- The services on this website are provided by licensed lawyers and a notary. An order on the website does not guarantee any particular legal outcome.
- Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. Fees, levies and payments to third parties are not included unless stated otherwise.
- You may cancel a transaction within 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. The cancellation fee is 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. For details: section 8 or the cancellation page.
- Payment by credit card or Bit is made on a secure payment page. Payment details are not stored on the website.
1. General
1.1. These terms apply to the use of the website and to every order of a service through it. Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not place an order.
1.2. These terms are written in the plural for convenience and address all genders.
1.3. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a fee agreement or engagement letter signed with the client, the signed document prevails — except for provisions of these terms that grant the client rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the “Consumer Protection Law”). Those rights cannot be derogated from.
2. Business details
- Business name: Levi Liberman Law Office & Notary
- Authorised dealer number: 558481560
- Address: 43 HaAliya HaShniya St., Azor
- Phone: 054-9675552
- Email: advlaw88@gmail.com
In these terms, the business is referred to as “the Office”, and anyone who orders a service or uses the website is referred to as “the Client”.
3. The services and the nature of the engagement
3.1. The website offers legal and notarial services. Some are offered at a fixed price shown on the service page, and some by individual quote. The description of each service — what it includes, what it does not include, which documents are required and the estimated turnaround time — appears on the service page. That description forms part of the terms of the transaction.
3.2. The general content on the website, such as articles, Q&As and service descriptions, is for information only. It is not legal advice and is no substitute for an examination of the Client’s personal circumstances.
3.3. A lawyer–client relationship is formed only after the Office has approved the order. Before approval the Office checks, among other things, that there is no conflict of interest and that the service suits the Client’s circumstances. The Office may decline to handle an order, including in these cases: a conflict of interest, an impediment under the rules of professional ethics or under law, a service that does not suit the circumstances, or the provision of incorrect details. If the Office declines, the Client receives a full refund, with no cancellation fee.
3.4. If it becomes apparent at the start of the work that the matter is more complex than the service page describes, the Office will inform the Client before continuing. The notice will offer one of two options: a supplementary quote, or cancellation of the order and a refund under section 8. No additional payment will be charged without the Client’s consent.
4. Who may order
4.1. A service may be ordered on the website by anyone aged 18 or over who has legal capacity and holds a valid credit card issued in their name or which they are authorised to use.
4.2. The Client is responsible for the details and documents they provide being correct and complete. Providing false details may harm the service. It may also be an offence under the law.
5. Prices and payment
5.1. All prices on the website are quoted in new Israeli shekels and include VAT as required by law.
5.2. The price does not include payments to third parties unless expressly stated otherwise on the service page. For example: court and authority fees, registration fees, levies, registered mail charges, translations and experts’ fees. If such a payment is required, the Client will be notified in advance.
5.3. Payment is made by credit card or Bit, on the payment provider’s secure payment page. Isracard, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Card or Bit account details are entered directly on the payment page and are not stored on the website’s servers. Where the option is offered on the payment page, payment can also be made in instalments on the terms shown there.
5.4. An order is accepted only after the credit card company has approved the transaction. If the transaction is not approved, the Client will be notified and the order will not be processed.
5.5. After payment, an order confirmation with the transaction details and a tax invoice/receipt will be sent to the Client’s email. If the confirmation is not received, please contact the Office.
5.6. Where there is an obvious clerical error in a price or a service description, the Office may decline to fulfil the order, provided that it notifies the Client and refunds the full payment.
6. Performance of the service and timelines
6.1. Work begins after payment has been made, after the Office has approved the order (section 3.3), and after all required information and documents have been received. Documents can be attached when ordering or afterwards, through the personal area on the website.
6.2. The turnaround times shown on the website are estimates. They are counted from the time all documents have been received. A delay caused by a factor outside the Office’s control is not a breach by the Office. Examples of such a factor: authorities, courts, the opposing party, or a delay by the Client in providing documents.
6.3. The Client undertakes to cooperate, to respond to the Office’s enquiries within a reasonable time, and to inform the Office of any change relevant to the matter.
6.4. Communication with the Client is conducted mainly by email, phone, WhatsApp and the personal area on the website. The Client is responsible for checking the messages sent to them.
7. Notarial services
7.1. Fees for notarial services are set by the Notaries (Service Fees) Regulations and are updated from time to time. The price on the website is according to the tariff in force, plus VAT as required by law.
7.2. In most cases, a notarial act requires the signatory to appear in person before the notary with a valid identity document. Ordering a notarial service on the website is therefore a booking and advance payment only, not the performance of the act itself.
7.3. The notary may decline to perform an act if, under the law or in the notary’s professional judgement, it should not be performed. In such a case the Client receives a full refund for the act that was not performed.
8. Cancellation and refunds
8.1. Right of cancellation. Under the Consumer Protection Law, the Client may cancel a transaction for the purchase of a service made on the website within 14 days. The period runs from the day of the transaction or the day the document containing the transaction details was received, whichever is later. If a date has been set for providing the service, such as a meeting or a signing date, the cancellation notice must arrive at least 2 days, not counting days of rest, before that date.
8.2. Senior citizens, persons with disabilities and new immigrants. A Client aged 65 or over, a Client with a disability, or a new immigrant (as defined in the Consumer Protection Law) may cancel a transaction within 4 months of the dates in section 8.1. This applies provided the transaction included a conversation between the Client and the Office, including by phone, WhatsApp or chat, and subject to the other conditions in section 8.1. The Office may request a document evidencing eligibility.
8.3. Cancellation after work has begun.
- (a) A service that was provided in full before the cancellation notice was received can no longer be cancelled. Examples: a consultation that took place, or a document delivered to the Client by email or by phone. This is because under the Consumer Protection Law a service can be cancelled only up to two days, not counting days of rest, before the date on which it is provided.
- (b) If work has begun but has not yet been completed, the Client may cancel. In that case the Client pays the proportionate part of the price for the work already done. The balance is refunded, less the cancellation fee in section 8.5.
- (c) Nothing in this section derogates from any right the Client has under the Consumer Protection Law.
8.4. How to cancel. Notice of cancellation can be given in any of the following ways:
- Using the cancellation form on the website: cancellation page. A link to the page appears at the bottom of every page of the website.
- By email: advlaw88@gmail.com
- By phone: 054-9675552, or by WhatsApp message to that number
- By registered mail: Levi Liberman Law Office & Notary, 43 HaAliya HaShniya St., Azor
The notice should include your full name, ID number and order number, if known. The Office will confirm receipt of the notice.
8.5. Cancellation fee. If the transaction is cancelled for a reason unrelated to the Office, the Office may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the service or ILS 100, whichever is lower. No further amount will be charged, apart from the proportionate consideration under section 8.3.
8.6. Cancellation without a cancellation fee. No cancellation fee is charged where the cancellation results from any of the following: a defect in the service, a discrepancy between the service and what was presented or agreed, failure to provide the service on the agreed date, another breach by the Office, or the Office declining to act under section 3.3. In these cases the full payment is refunded.
8.7. Refund. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, to the payment method used. For credit card payments, the Office notifies the credit card company of the cancellation of the charge, and the credit appears in the Client’s account according to the card company’s billing dates. For Bit payments, the refund is transferred to the account from which payment was made. If a refund to the same method is not possible, it is made by another payment method.
8.8. If the Office cancels a transaction on its own initiative, the Client receives notice and a full refund.
9. Confidentiality and privacy
9.1. Information and documents provided by the Client in the course of the service are protected by the duty of confidentiality and by lawyer–client privilege, in accordance with the law.
9.2. The collection, use and security of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Among other things, the Office transfers the order details required to process payment to the credit card company and the payment provider. In certain situations the Office is required by law to transfer information, for example under identification and reporting duties.
9.3. The Office will send the Client marketing material only if the Client has given express consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
10. Liability
10.1. The Office provides the service with the skill and care expected of a lawyer and a notary. However, the outcome of a legal proceeding also depends on factors outside the Office’s control. The Office therefore does not undertake to achieve any particular legal outcome.
10.2. The Office is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information or documents provided by the Client, or by the Client’s delay in providing them.
10.3. The website is operated as is (AS IS). The Office will endeavour to keep the website available and secure, but cannot guarantee that it will be free of faults or interruptions. Nothing in this section derogates from the Office’s responsibility for the legal service itself.
11. Intellectual property
11.1. The content on the website belongs to the Office or to parties that have permitted it to use them. The content includes texts, design, marks, templates and software. It may not be copied or distributed, nor used commercially, without written permission.
11.2. A document prepared by the Office for a client is intended for the client’s use in the matter for which it was ordered.
12. Use of the website
12.1. The website may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Its operation may not be disrupted, and no harmful content or infected files may be uploaded to it.
12.2. The Office works to make the website accessible to people with disabilities. Details appear in the Accessibility Statement.
13. Changes to these terms
The Office may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the version in force on the day the order was placed. A change to the terms will not apply to an order already placed, unless it benefits the Client.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the website are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel, according to the rules of local jurisdiction under the law.
15. Contact
You can contact the Office with any question about these terms or about an order: by phone 054-9675552, by email advlaw88@gmail.com, or through the contact page.
