Cancel an Order
Ordered a service on the website and want to cancel? You can send us a cancellation notice using the form on this page. As soon as it is sent, we will confirm that we have received it.
What to include in the notice
- Full name and ID number
- Order number, if you know it (it appears in the order confirmation email)
- The service you wish to cancel

The terms in brief
- You may cancel within 14 days of the order date or of receiving the order confirmation, whichever is later. Where a date has been set for providing the service, you must cancel at least 2 days (not counting days of rest) before that date.
- Senior citizens (65+), persons with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel within 4 months, if the transaction included a conversation with the office.
- The cancellation fee is 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. Where the cancellation results from a defect or a breach by the office, no cancellation fee is charged.
- The money is refunded to the payment method used (credit card or Bit) within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
- An order cannot be cancelled after the service has been provided, even partially — for example once a document has been sent to the client or a consultation has taken place at the office.
