Affidavit before a Notary
Taking and certifying an affidavit under oath or affirmation — for use abroad, for embassies and authorities.
The notary takes your declaration (under oath or affirmation) and certifies it.
The price is for the first deponent. Each additional deponent: ILS 94. Additional certification of the same affidavit at the same session: ILS 90. If the affidavit requires translation by the notary, half of the translation fee is added according to word count.
Fees are set by the Notaries (Service Fees) Notice, 5786-2025, in force from 1 January 2026, including 18% VAT, rounded down to the nearest shekel.
