Notary Outside the Office (Home, Hospital, Business)
The notary comes to you — at home, in hospital, at a care home or at your business. Price depends on the service, time and distance.
When coming to the office is not possible, the notary can come to you.
Under the tariff: ILS 761 for the first hour (from the notary leaving the office until returning) and ILS 232 for each additional half hour — in addition to the fee for the service itself and travel expenses. When several people receive services at the same place and time, the time-based fee is shared between them.
Services between 19:00 and 08:00 or on days of rest: 50% surcharge under the tariff.

Fees are set by the Notaries (Service Fees) Notice, 5786-2025, in force from 1 January 2026, including 18% VAT, rounded down to the nearest shekel.
